SVLSRM PARTY RENTAL AGREEMENT

TIME FRAME: You are reserving exclusive use of a train, crew, and picnic area for a two hour period. An extra hour may be added for an additional fee. You may setup 1/2 hour before party. You are expected to be cleaned up and have left by a 1/2 hour after the last train.

SAFETY: Party guest are expected to respect SVLS property and rules. You are responsible for your groups behavior while on premises. We request that the party stays in the designated picnic area. Under no circumstances are your guest allowed to run/climb/play around the tracks or equipment. Groups assume full and complete responsibility for any and all injuries and accidents to guests at the facility.

RETURN POLICY: A $25 nonrefundable deposit is require to book party. Full payment is due 2 weeks before party. Refunds are given for bad weather or a request for cancellation at least 24 hour before event minus the $25.

FOOD POLICY: You are responsible for your own food, drinks, utensils and plates. No alcohol is permitted on the grounds. Use of BBQ is permitted upon request when booking party.(For an additional fee) No food or drink is allowed on the trains.

NON-PERMITTED ITEMS: NO BOUNCE HOUSES. No alcohol, drugs or smoking. Outside cookware is not allowed(Unless requested ahead of time)

DAMAGES: Renters and guest are expected to respect the property. Groups are responsible for any and all damages caused by actions that occur during the rental period.

PERSONAL PROPERTY: SVLSRM is not responsible for the personal belongings and/or vehicles. It is the sole responsibility of each person for their belongings. Under no circumstances will SVLS take responsibility for any lost, damaged, missing or stolen property, personal or otherwise.
